Sam joined Building Certification Approvals (SA) in 2025, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience, local government background, PlanSA knowledge, client liaison and finance support.

With her extensive customer service and administrative background, Sam provides professional and friendly assistance to clients while supporting the Building Certification team with the day-to-today coordination of building certification applications. She has developed strong knowledge of the PlanSA portal and assists with application lodgement, documentation, record management and communication with clients and stakeholders. Sam also works closely with the finance team assisting with invoice processing and account reconciliation to support accurate financial records and the efficient operation of business.

As a key point of contact for the business, Sam is committed to providing responsive, efficient and approachable service, helping clients navigate the administrative aspects of the building certification process. Sam is our first point of contact to the business and manages the PlanSA portal.
